As a member of Leicestershire cricket club and Society and hearing Wasim speak to the society at our last meeting of the season I felt I just had to get his book. I have not read it all, but what I have read is very good and informative. A real insight into his life and cricket and his charity work. Can recommend this book. Having spoken to Wasim I suggested to him that he should write volume 2 as he has plenty to tell after the end of this book.
Read it in a day - incredible story!

The author is ceo at Chance to Shine, a charity promoting cricket in the community; but this book is about his years as a county pro, a successful career that perhaps didn't quite achieve the dreams he'd set himself. It's a well written "page-turner" that I struggled to put down more than once.
I read this book when it first came out and it was a fantastic page turner. And its great to read the story of someone who was part of the majority on the county circuit and not one of the England players. It's a fantastic, open and honest story, a brilliant read.
